"Had to contact the property to gain access in to the apartment. The guards seemed lost. When we finally received the code to go into the apartment the first thing we noticed was that the although there were air conditioners the remotes were missing so we had to contact the property again to which they replied the next day and had a remote brought over. Overall very nice. Cozy place to stay. "

"The unit was clean but the bed was very hard and the pillows lumpy. BUT it was in a fabulous location!! It was an easy walk to the Cathedral and all the key spots in the historic district. The 9 Esquinas was basically across the road and had some really great restaurants. Had some confusion with the entry codes but the property manager sent someone right away to help us. Overall a great experience in Guadalajara. We would stay here again. "

"Modern and exceptionally clean. Well appointed room with a very comfortable bed and nice bed linens/pillows. I had a balcony room overlooking the main road on the 7th floor. There is some street noise and a hospital across the street. Request a room on the opposite side if you are sensitive to big city noise. The front desk, bellhop and housekeeping service was absolutely top notch superb and professional. I did not utilize the bar/restaurant so cannot review those services. Very good value for the money. I would absolutely stay here again. "
