Good customer services

What a great find. Luce was an amazing hostess and her house is gorgeous.

We were warmly welcomed by very friendly, efficient, English speaking reception staff. Each receptionist we met during our stay was delightful. Our room was as described on the internet. It was across a very busy lane from the main building in a quiet building called Latem House. We had a large comfortable bed, in a large convenient room with lots of windows and natural light. The bathroom was also very large and modern with luxury bath and separate shower cubicle. It also had large windows and...

Close to the Main square of Oudenaarde which was handy being in to for Unholy Congregation festival. Not to badly priced either.

Would have been great to have coffee making facilities in the room , otherwise amazing

Hotel Orion is a lovely art deco building with lots of charme and wonderful staff. Check in and out was very easy, and having a secure carpark for a small fee was really great. We were able to do laundry for a small fee also. The staff were very accommodating and friendly and always happy to help. The breakfast had a great variety of food and the dining area was also very nice. The walk from the hotel to the city centre is lovely and will only take about 30 minutes.

11 night stay, staff good, bedroom and bathroom very stylish. Could have done with some kitchen goodies.

First time visiting Belgium and I stayed here, staff were very friendly and funny. Breakfast was lovely and we chilled out in the bar some evenings. I felt very welcome and the staff are a credit t this hotel. :)

Carlton was great, so handy to the train station, 20 minute stroll into the old town, staff were so helpful giving some site seeing tips. Certainly value for money and have no issues recommending a stay

Excellent

Very nice new hotel with everything you could want. Room was quite large and modern and breakfast was amazing (you could even freshly squeeze your own orange juice!). The only downside was the location (there is nothing around there) but it's still only 20 minutes from town by tram so not really that much of a problem.
