Being used to having checking around the clock and always being able to find a restaurant open, we arrived in Frankfurt and drove to Eisenach, not arriving until about 10:15. Even though the kitchen was closed, they made us a delicious pasta dish. Highly recommend staying here!

Amazing stay in a great hotel. The service was excellent, the location perfect and within walking distance of all attractions. Great value for money.

Nice hotel with a decent breakfast
Parking was an issue as it was diagonally opposite and currently being renovated. Bags had to be carried as there was no ramp to reception, once inside a lift solve that problem.

Friendly hotel
Friendly hotel,and comfortable enough for a one night stay. But the promised parking was across the main road in a public car park. Reception was up a flight of steps ( no ramps to wheel cases). The bedroom lighting was extremely dim. We had a good meal in the bistro with friendly service and the hotel was well positioned to walk around the town.

Right in village with helpful staff
Well priced hotel with everything necessary, but neither fancy, but nor cheap. We slept comfortably, ate a lovely breakfast, and were directed toward the town in a friendly manner. Wartburg was unbelievable, though the stairs were quite a climb.

A great deal.
The hotel was conveniently located near some sites of interest, including the Bachhaus, as well as the city center. The neighborhood had a number buildings with plenty of aesthetic appeal and there were several parks and other green spaces nearby. It was also fairly easy to reach and depart from by automobile. All of this combined with the good price made this a very great choice of hotels.

Sehr schönes Haus, mit sehr schönen Zimmern und freundlichem Personal. Liegt sehr zentral, aber leider auch an der Hauptdurchgangsstraße.

Sehr geräumige Zimmer; leider hört man die Straße sehr. Zentral gelegen und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplatz in Tiefgarage kostenpflichtig und auch für größere Fahrzeuge eher ungeeignet. Frühstücksbuffet ist vielseitig.

Recht zentral gelegen, Nähe zur Drachenschlucht, aber auch zur Innenstadt. Gleichwohl vergleichsweise ruhig. Einzelzimmer klein, aber alles da, für Kurzaufenthalt ok.

Hat man ein zur Hofseite gelegenes Zimmer, sollte man die Fenster geschlossen halten sonst zieht der Zigaretten-Rauch aus dem darunter gelegenen Restaurantgarten direkt ins Zimmer. Die Musik im Restaurant ging bis ca 22:30 Uhr, wer sich daran stört, sollte nach einem Zimmer zur anderen Seite fragen. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, alles hat super geklappt. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber, da gibt es absolut nichts zu meckern. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns gut gefallen... Gute Lage um Eisenach zu erkunden.

Hotel hat sich leider sehr negativ entwickelt
Hotelzimmer war ziemlich heruntergekommen sowohl von Ausstattung als auch von der Hygiene her. War zuvor schon einige Male dort Gast, ab jetzt jedoch nie wieder. Preis/Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht. Für die Hotelrechnung muss man extra Zeit einplanen, da die Erstellung eine Ewigkeit 20 Minuten gedauert hat aufgrund mangelnder Kompetenz des Personals. Dieses Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen

Wir fanden es sehr schön im Glockenhof. Das Personal war immer freundlich. Alles war pikobello sauber. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Und die Lage ist auch super. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen.
