"Plus: Arrivée très bien, réceptionniste polie et courtois. Chambre très propre et confortable. Salle a manger personnel très serviable et attentionné. Moins: repas très moyen. Départ: En sortant de l’ascenseur lors de mon départ, je croise la réceptionniste (blonde) qui venait de laisser la réception a quelques mètres de la. Elle ne me dit pas bonjour..rien. Nous étions les deux seuls dans le lobby!!! Normalement, elle aurait du retourner au comptoir pour me recevoir et prendre mes clés et me facturer mon repas de la veille.(Hébergement déjà payé sur Expedia). Et me demander si j’avais passé un bon séjour. Mais non, elle me dévisage et poursuit son chemin sans m’adresser la parole. J’ai donc laissé mes clés sur le comptoir, ai attendu 3 minutes et j’ai quitté. Dans le même après-midi, je reçois un courriel très bête me disant, « you left this morning without paying »!!! Ce a quoi j’ai rapidement corrigé les faits en disant que l’a réceptionniste m’a croisé et ne m’a pas adressé la parole, et bêtement poursuivis son chemin vers je ne sais où. Que j’avais attendu mais qu’après 3 minutes, j’avais laissé mes clés et quitté car ferry a attraper. Pour me faire répondre qu’elle « était probablement occupé avec un autre client ». Alors je crois que vous comprenez bien que le client dans cet hôtel, n’est pas traité comme il se doit. Dommage car la propreté et la chambre était très bien. Pour cette raison, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel."

"This was one of our favourite stays in the UK. Incredible views and a clean, well-stocked home with everything we needed. Including a travel crib, high chair, and a couple of stuffed animals for our child. The sky lights were great for star gazing too. The host stopped by to introduce himself and was very kind as well. Would definitely recommend."

"Charming place to stay - beautifully overlooking the water. Very limited parking and difficult to get into especially if you have to park in the lower lot. We were only given hand soap for the bathroom - no shampoo, body wash or conditioner."

"The unit is easily accessible, well maintained, immaculately clean and the view is spectacular. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need for self catering. We felt relaxed and comfortable during our stay. I would absolutely stay again if I am in the area."

"Beautiful, comfortable and spacious cottage with everything you could possibly need. Everything is really high quality and works and the place is clearly really well maintained. The place is peaceful, with a fabulous view that changes with the weather. You can access the loch front just outside the house and see oystercatchers, heron and cormorants. The Mace shop in Poolewe is lovely and really well stocked. The Black Pearl Creole Kitchen in Gairloch is not to be missed (check opening times as only open Wednesday to Sunday when we went). Midges pretty fierce - don’t forget your Smidge!"
