מיכאל אני במקומך הייתי מתבישת לכתוב תגובה. אדם שמוציא מפיו תגובות לא יפות מפריע לי באמצע שיחת טלפון עם לקוח וצועק "מי זה הקמצן הזה תעיפי אותו" הלקוח אמר שמעתי אותו וניתק. אחכ אנשים בלובי בקשו ממך לא לצעוק ואתה התחצפת ואמרת להם "אל תתערבו" והתעקשת לדעת למה לא מקבלים אותך. אחרי בירור עם בעלת המקום מסתבר שאמרת לה שההעדפות המיניות שלך הם גברים ועם כסף עוד יותר טוב. היית צריך לחשוב לפני שאתה מדבר. לכן לא רצו לקבל אותך. אתה התנהגת בצורה מאוד שרירותית ואלימה מילולית. אני הייתי מאוד מקצועית ואמרתימלך שאיני יודעת את הסיבה. היית צריך לכבד זאת ולמצא מקום אחר! אבל התעקשת וביזית את עצמך וכל האנשים בלובי ראו זאת. אנחנו עסק משפחתי מאוד ידידותי ומקבלים כל אדם במאור פנים. גם אתה קבלת יחס כזה וגם אמרת לי זאת שהכול היה סבבה. התגובה שכתבת היה נקמנית וחמישה לשקף את אישיות. תתבגר ואז אולי גם יתיחסו אליך יפה יותר!

Mr. Macpherson You made sure to write bed things about us in hear and in other sites. I don't know what are you complaining about? You received 1 of our nicest rooms up stairs with a terrace it is a room for 3 it is clean. This room has a close doors shower and I don't see how the water spared! All we wrote on Hotels.com we supply. Maybe you need to go to a 5 star hotel a hostel is not for everyone. All the best, Rutrh Continue with Conversation

Thank you for your review. We have not raised our prices for 5 years or more and we were bellow market prices. We also made many changes and up grated the garden and other area. and of Corse we added breakfast. and we steel within the market prices. Oh dear I have been working hear for 23 years, this is the first time I heard such a sad thing. Normally if anyone forgets something in the cab the driver will do all he can to find the person that forgot his belonging. My hard went out for you, how could I not try to help? and I am shore Tommy felt the same! The only regret I have that you spent all your vacationing time trying to find your bag and only you did not find your bag but you also did not enjoy our beautiful town.
