We came in late and left early because of our travel plans. The hotel was in the center of town. Room was small but very modern. Didn't eat there. Quick friendly check out. Very nice unit.

Best Western Schwanen
Nice hotel in center of town. Uncomfortable desk chair made it hard to work in the room. Had business close by so it was very convenient. Will stay here again in the warmer weather to enjoy the center.

Interesting hotel for a two night business stay. I was given a maisonette room facing into the town wall (integrated into the room) which was very comfortable. Use the restaurant for dinner and breakfast and would recommend both. All in all an excellent stay.

Reliable and clean. Good for business.
God and reliable for business use. Check in is very quick. Breakfast is quite good for value. Various coffees and standards. Stayed several times but not always certain when I'll get the split level room or not. Restaurant is good with friendly service

The hotel is beautiful but was way too far from Ulm where I was attending a show in the stadium (my fault). I had booked a three night stay and on the first night, asked them if I could shorten my reservation, and that I was willing to pay a one night cancellation fee (since I wanted to move to a hotel closer to town). The receptionist told me she thought they could give me 20% of my booking back but I'd have to confirm with the manager the next morning. In the morning, the manager informed me that although the hotel itself would have let me cancel and charged me something (maybe a night) for the cancelation, that because I booked through Expedia, they would not do anything to help me and charged me for all three nights, even though I left after the first night. I would not go to this hotel (way way way too far out from Ulm and because they were so rude).

Thank you very much for your evaluation and a pity that our meeting was not enough. We are also bound by the cancellation conditions and also we make losses as a hotel. Ulm is only about 25 kilometers away and there are very good train connections or you can take a taxi. Unfortunately, you had probably lost, in the hotel selection. We are very sorry about that, but we can not simply accept all costs. Nevertheless nice that we welcome you.

Decent hotel
Room a bit disjointed with bathroom on upper floor and bedroom below. However, bed was comfortable and service was great.

Sleek modern family-run hotel (and brewery)
Excellent family-run hotel from the same family who run the 300-year old brewpub over the street. The hotel is only a few months old, yet the three different blocks each have different themes. We were in an old city-wall room, with the old wall actually inside the room, and a couple of steps taking us over that and on to a small balcony. Everything is very modern (posh espresso-maker instead of kettle!) and well thought out. The service is also great - a problem with our sliding bathroom door was quickly resolved, and the front desk were happy for us to leave our car in the (small, underground) car park for a few hours after checking out. The Schwannen brewpub serves as the hotel's restaurant, and its beer garden sits in the hotel courtyard. The regular and seasonal beers are amazing, and the food is very traditional hearty German (and local Swabian) beerhall grub. The hotel breakfast is also served in here, with the cold meats and cheeses supplemented by eggs and bacon cooked to order (if, like us, you're too late for the hotplate!). Ehingen is a lovely little town with great walking and cycling nearby, and a proud brewing tradition with three breweries in the town itself and another a pleasant country walk away in Berg. We'll definitely be back again!

Danke nein.
Wir hatten das Vergnügen im Altbau in einem "Bierkistenzimmer" zu schlafen. An diesem Zimmer war so ziemlich alles falsch: Heizung aus, Wasser nur lauwarm, Rezeption ab 22 Uhr nicht besetzt - Reklamation so auch nicht möglich, Frühstück um 6:00 nicht möglich. Lunchpakete auch nicht. Bezahlen mussten wir es dennoch, weil im voraus bezahlt und eine Rückerstattung nicht möglich wäre. Es war unsere zweite Übernachtung dort, aber ganz sicher auch die Letzte.

un breve ma piacevole soggiorno in germania

Nice hotel and host
The hotel is really nice, everything is new. Breakfast is good Parking place includes a charging stations for EVs The price is not expensive at all for what you get.

Der Aufenthalt war trotz Corona sehr gut. Für die Hotelgäste gab es Frühstück und sogar Abendessen, mit reduzierter Karte und Öffnungszeiten.

Zentrales Themen Hotel mit spitzen Service
Interessantes Themen Hotel. Witzig, jung. Großzügiges Maisonette Zimmer. Leider ohne Kühlschrank. Man kan ein Mobiles bekommen welches aber Stromlos ist, wenn man das Zimmer verlässt... Frühstück im Restaurant war spitze.

Brauhaus Sonntags leider geschlossen
Wir haben uns so auf dieses Wochenende gefreut, aber leider fing es schon damit an, das die Damen am Empfang etwas überfordert schienen. Als ich dann noch nach den Frühstückszeiten fragte war die Dame etwas leicht genervt. Die dazugehörige Brauerei war leider ausgebucht. Also beschlossen wir für den nächsten Tag zu reservieren und erfuhren, dass diese Sonntags geschlossen ist. Das gleiche gilt für die übrigen Brauereien im Ort. Darauf hin holten wir uns etwas beim Imbiss Griechen. Welcher übrigens sehr lecker war. Das Frühstück welches es zum Glück auch Sonntags gibt ist sehr reichhaltig und auf Bestellung bekommt man sei Frühstücksei wie gewünscht. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, störend war die Klopferei des Zimmermädchens um 8Uhr morgens, an unserem Abreisetag. Man hätte auch warten können bis wir abgereist sind. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt ganz angenehm, wenn das Personal noch etwas geschult wird, kann es nur noch besser werden.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt, gutes Bier und entspannte Atmosphaere. Das Hotel ist noch recht neu, sauber und dank Garage ist auch die Anreise mit Auto leicht.

Supernetter Service, klasse durchdachtes Zimmer, gemütliches Sitzen auf dem Balkon. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Wünschenswert wäre eine größere Auswahl des Selbstgebrauten für den mobilen Kühlschrank.

Lieben Dank für die klasse Weiterempfehlung. Unsere Bierkarte umfasst aktuell gut 70 (Craft-) Biere. Leider sind nicht alle Flaschenabfüllungen, sondern auch Faßbiere. Daher ist die Minibarlösung nicht immer optimal ;-) Wir nehmen den Hinweis aber gerne auf und freuen uns auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen...

Hotel liegt sehr Zentral, doch in einer ruhigen Lage. Die Stadt und Sehenswürdigkeiten alles zu Fuß erreichbar und viele Ausgehmöglichkeiten für Tags und Nachts Aktivitäten.
