"We had a pleasant stay overall at this hotel. The location is fantastic—right across from grocery stores and the subway, which made getting around incredibly easy. The entire place felt quite clean, and the included breakfast was a wonderful bonus. Our room was on the second floor, and since the building doesn't have an elevator, carrying our luggage up the stairs was a bit of a challenge. It's just something to keep in mind if you have heavy bags or mobility needs. We also ran into a few minor issues in the room: there was no shampoo in the shower, the refrigerator was quite noisy at night, and we found some leftover food from a previous guest inside it. However, what really impressed me was the customer service. When I mentioned these things to the reception desk the next morning, they were incredibly nice and professional, offering a partial refund as compensation for the inconvenience. Because of their excellent service and the great location, I would still recommend staying here—though I might request a ground-floor room next time!"
