Summary:

The Flats on Church Street - #201 is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located within a duplex. This unit, one of two identical units on the property, has been thoughtfully designed by renowned architects Johnsen Schmaling Architects of Milwaukee.



The Space:

Measuring 1500 sq ft, the Flat features a kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the amenities needed to prepare meals. The open concept living area includes table seating for 8, and large sliding glass doors that open to a private patio. The patio has comfortable seating around a gas firepit and a gas grill.



This home can sleep up to 6 guests in its bedrooms and up to 8 guests in total with the addition of a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Fast WiFi is available to keep you connected during your stay, or to allow you to enjoy your favorite streaming services.



Flat #201 is one of two identical units on the SAME PROEPRTY, each with a private entrance.



The Neighborhood:

Egg Harbor is centrally located. The rest of the Door Peninsula is just a short drive away. The Flats on within walking distance is all of Egg Harbor and the many great shops, restaurants and bars it has to offer.



Getting Around:

A car is essential for getting around the many towns of the Door Peninsula. Our central location allows you to walk or bike to downtown Egg Harbor within minutes. The rest of the Peninsula is a short drive away.

As the developers, hosts and managers of this home through our company, DoCo Vacations, we take a unique approach to hosting. Our goal is to maintain professional standards while still providing a personal touch. We pride ourselves on delivering a clean and fully furnished rental property and making sure our guests have all the necessary supplies. The cozy linens we provide are professionally laundered by our staff.

Off season get away

The Church street property was a great place to stay, lots of places to walk and very central to the Door County area. We enjoyed sight seeing and loved being able to wake up, walk to the harbor and enjoy Lake Michigan. The property was quiet and comfortable with all the amenities we needed!

Door County Revisited

The Flats on Church in Egg Harbor is a lovely, contemporary property. It is in a quiet neighborhood but is close enough to walk to the pleasures of downtown Egg Harbor. We especially enjoyed walking to the Bay each night to watch the gorgeous sunsets. Great coffee shops and yummy restaurants.

Great place to stay!

I traveled to Door County for the first time with my mother and 2 teenage daughters. This place worked out perfectly! We all had plenty of space and the beds were comfortable. Everything was neat and tidy and clean. Would definitely stay here again!

A Modern Gem in the Heart of Door County

My wife and I stayed for a long anniversary weekend and were very impressed with everything about this place. Very modern and unique layout, and very clean and organized. DoCo made everything really easy with their communications and clear instructions. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and hope to be back soon.

Door County trip

We have visited Door County a few times and wanted to show our friends what a beautiful place it is. This property was perfect for this it was in a great location, easy walking into town. It was probably the most modern place we had stayed in, great facilities and so comfortable and very well equipped. We loved sitting around the outside fire and using the grill. It was so peaceful.

Wonderful

A perfect rental for our trip to Door County. Great location close to shops and restaurants but very private and quiet. The place is meticulously clean and well cared for. There are no chemical or perfumed scents that we sometimes find bothersome in rentals. It is very spacious and has everything you need. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Loved our stay!

Wife and I with 2 sons really enjoyed our stay at the Flats. Plenty of room and comfort. When you are on vacation you want to feel close to everyone no matter what room they are in. At the Flats, our kids could hang out in their bedroom and were still within talking distance. At any moment we could step out and be downtown Egg Harbor. And anytime someone needed a rest, it was an easy walk back. So much to do in Egg Harbor, we didn't need to drive very much. It was our first time in the Flats and we plan on coming back for sure!

Amazing place!
