About this property

Modern condo in scenic Egg Harbor! Heart of Door County!

  • This one bedroom, one bath wood view condo in the renovated Navigator Building in the Landmark resort has endless amenities! Within a mile of the Egg Harbor Beach and just over two miles to downtown Egg Harbor, you are in the heart of what makes Door County amazing! The Landmark resort has everything you would want in a vacation resort; three outdoor pools, a hot tub/sauna in each building, an indoor pool in the main building along with a gym, business center and breakfast area. This condo is renovated and includes a King Size Bed in the bedroom and couch in the living room, tiled floors, carpeting and the full kitchen is stocked with everything you need to entertain family and friends. Step just outside your condo to the outdoor pool during the summer months...a short walk downstairs to the hot tub or across the parking lot to the Charthouse Building for the indoor pool in the winter months. Our end unit condo on the first floor makes access to the exit, outdoor pools and grilling area steps away! The award winning Carrington Restaurant is also a short walk and is open year round with delicious food and a cozy bar area.
    *PLEASE NOTE- GUESTS WILL BE CHARGED A $10/NIGHT RESORT FEE AT CHECK IN. This is a Landmark policy outside of rental fees for resort amenities.
    Landmark amenities- onsite restaurant and bar, 3 outdoor pools, hot tub/steam room in each building, breakfast area, gym, indoor pool and hot tub, tennis courts, playgrounds, shuffle board, walking paths. Our condo is adults only.

We really enjoyed our stay here. I think our favorite part was the breathtaking scenery. The little suite that we rented for a couple of days was just perfect and very comfortable. The location was ideal. We would love to come back and stay again!

The resort was very nice! Perfectly situated. We enjoyed the ribs at the Carrington. Our condo itself was GREAT, right by the pool! Bed was super comfy. Great little kitchen with everything you need. We will be back next year for sure.

Beautiful location tucked away in Egg Harbor. Walking trail is beautiful. (The STEEP HILL sign is no joke.) Check-in and Check-out was efficient and everyone very helpful. We loved the location, amenities, and price. We spent a few days visiting lighthouses, parks, antiquing and eating great food!

Perfect Getaway

We enjoyed this getaway very much! Condo was clean, comfortable, and was located in a beautiful setting. The nearby outdoor pool and walking trails were great. The Carrington restaurant on the property was also wonderful. The only complaint we would make about the condo was that it was difficult to regulate the AC/heat.

The Landmark has updated their exercise equipment since we were there last year. We like to spend time here because it's close to all the things we like to do. Room has everything you need.

We had a “woods view” which means away from the water however still nestled among the trees. The views of the bay and sunsets from the deck, the pool and other locations on the property were spectacular. Very quiet and serene. Quick drives to everything Door County.

Relaxing

The resort was amazing. Views are beautiful!! Plenty of pools and hot tubs, lots of activities for the kids to do as well. Location was in the middle of places we wanted to explore. We explored the cute towns, golfed at two different golf courses. Lots of great restaurants to choose from. After all that, it was great to come and relax by the pool. I would highly recommend this VRBO.

Location is great. Property is very clean and comfortable. Minor issue was it listed there are spices provided but there werent. The drive to get them wasnt close. Overall, we were happy with our stay.
