  • This beautiful mountain home with over 4000 square feet is nestled in a private, gated golf community & offers truly stunning mountain views. You will love the tranquility of the Cordillera community, gym & short course access & just 20 minutes to world class ski resorts; Vail & Beaver Creek. All four bedrooms are abundant and span over two levels. You can spread out into two spacious living rooms, a huge kitchen, private hot tub, and a 2 car garage.

* Trash is pickup on TUESDAYS at end of driveway, at roadside. Cart must be wheeled down by 7AM, and wheeled back up to inside garage, by 7PM.
Never leave trash bin or any trash outdoors due to high prevalence of bears, and other wildlife. *No smoking, no vaping, allowed in the home.
