With 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, bunk beds, and a double floor mattress, there's plenty of space for everyone. Open the accordion doors to the enormous deck to breathe in the mountain air, river, and gorgeous views. Enjoy the welcoming TWO kitchens and living rooms with extra sleeping arrangements. The inviting spaces, private deck, and master soaking tub are perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. Arrowhead lifts are 2 miles away and Beaver Creek & Vail are a short drive 10-15 min drive. A coveted area of fly fishing on Eagle River is just steps away...just open the private backyard gate to the path to the river. A private neighborhood trail provides a 5 min walk walk to hiking/biking and the town's splendor. The perfect get-away!

First of all, this house is GORGEOUS. The neighborhood is quiet and the property is amazing. We were here for the weekend for the Vail Cup soccer tournament, and we couldn't have asked for a better home to relax in after our games. With that said, there were some cleanliness issues. One of the pans was just tossed in the drawer after it appeared to be cooked in. Some of the countertops were not wiped down. There were a few items in the home that were hanging on by a thread. We were hoping for it to be furnished a little more on the cookware side of things, but we made it work. All small things in the grand scheme of things. Would definitely stay here again!
