The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Close any windows (if opened), and lock the entrance doors. - Place TV remotes back where they belong.
- Turn off all jets & lights and cover the hot tub after use - If BBQ is not cleaned after use, our team charges $50 additional to clean the grill which will be charged to you
- Do a final walk-thru to check for personal belongings. Please send us a quick message when head out so we can alert our cleaners to prepare for our next guests.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

- No smoking of any kind. Penalty: $500 + tax fee - Unregistered guests will be charged a $40 fee/person. - Quiet time hours between 10 PM and 7AM.
- Extra cleaning fees apply if home is left messy - Late check-out: 30 mins=$50; 2+ hrs=$149 (do not grant an additional stay)

The house was perfect for us. There was enough room for everyone to be comfortable. The location was great as it was close to everything we needed. We would definitely consider staying here again!

The host was very responsive to questions ahead of our stay and provided great information during our stay at the house. We stayed for two days on a weekend to take the family to West Ed, it was a short drive, maybe 10 minutes. Would book again if we come back.

The property was fantastic, clean and easy to find. The one thing I do have to say is because the backyard is tiny gravel if you have children its hard not to get gravel in the hot tub.
