Excellent. The property was clean and well appointed. The chocolate chip cookies on arrival a nice touch. Our dog enjoyed the sunny back yard. I enjoyed the sunny deck for my morning coffee.

Beautiful home only minutes away from West Edmonton Mall. It had everything you would need. Communication with the owner was great, accessing the home and garage was simple, and we even got a plate of home baked cookies upon our arrival!

I would highly recommend this property and the property manager. Pictures and amenities exactly as shown and described, beautiful home with close proximity to WEM and downtown. Really enjoyed our stay, the house was perfect for us (even a little more room than needed) really close to our children’s home and a great yard for them to visit us in. Close to WEM and not far from 124 Street and lots of fun places to go. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Wonderful open design

Great place with a wonderful host. Huge open area with a comfy thick rug in front of the fireplace that the kids can play on. Had great welcoming cookies set out when we got there and a lovely Christmas tree adorned and read for the holidays. Can’t recommend this location any higher!

Convenient Location

Clean house—good instructions—convenient location. Only thing to improve is the downstairs tenant was a little bit noisy our first night. Overall we were happy with the rental.
