THINGS TO NOTE:
. This is a private basement suite with tenants living upstairs. While we do our best to keep things peaceful, you may hear occasional normal household sounds. We kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours from 10pm-8AM.

GUEST ACCESS:
. Side Entrance: Follow the concrete pathway along the right side of the house directly to your private entrance door.

. A personalized keyless access code will be sent to you prior to check-in, allowing you to come and go with ease.

Other things to note:
. NO PETS ALLOWED
. NO SMOKING OR VAPING
. NO UNREGISTERED OVERNIGHT VISITORS
. NO ILLEGAL DRUG USE

**Any evidence of violation of these rules will result in a $300 penalty fee and immediate eviction without refund**
