This quiet clean and welcoming space comes fully equipped with amenities such as, cable TV, Wi-Fi, cook top, wall oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, iron, washer, dryer and much more. Your comfort is our priority.

Located in a safe family friendly neighborhood this guest suite is thoughtfully decorated and equipped with all the amenities you will need for a relax and comfortable stay.
With walking distance to shops, restaurants, supermarket, medical center, gas stations and more.
Conveniently located in the West Edmonton suburb of Spruce Grove, we are a five minutes walk to the new THOMPSON FAMILY ARENA/HEAVY METAL PLACE and the City Bus Terminal, two minutes drive to the Transcanada Highway, and twenty minutes drive to West Edmonton Mall.

The Space:
Please note that the entire suite is for your comfort and enjoyment. This suite is thoughtfully decorated with a plush queen size bed plus a sofa bed and all the amenities you will need while being away from home. Do enjoy!

To maintain a pleasant atmosphere we kindly request NO SMOKING, NO DRUGS, NO PETS, NO PARTIES, NO EXCESSIVE NOISE after 10 pm.
