Beautiful 5 bedroom, newly renovated home with private entrance. Located steps away to Ada Boulevard and the beautiful river valley with many walking and bicycle rails. Next door to fine coffee shops, restaurants and also the famous Kind Ice Cream Shop. Peaceful and centrally located, full sized kitchens, new mattresses and fresh linens.

○ A fee of $100 per person per night applies to any unreserved guest. ○ No smoking of any kind in or around the house. It will result in a $500 fine
○ Unless there is an agreed change in checkout time, if Guest does not checkout at the standard checkout time. A fee of $50.00 per hour to be applied.
