"The room was clean, the staff were friendly, but as many have already stated before, the wait for the elevators is unacceptable. Not only does it make it inaccessible for those with mobility needs, all I can think of is fire hazard. "

"Not even 5 minutes into our stay I had some sketch lady knocking on my door looking for someone apparently staying where we were. My neighbor's had a dog and it whined and barked our entire stay (the owners were barely there and then just yelled at it when they were) my bed was so old I couldn't even move without it making loud creaking noises and waking up my daughter beside me and my sheets had BLOOD STAINS, breakfast sucked there was next to nothing for options and everything they did have they ran out of. The pool is old and run down, the Jets weren't working in the hot tub and the stairs to the slide felt like they were going to collapse. Worst thing of all we left our room for the day and upon return the door was hanging open for who knows how long, luckily nothing was stolen. I called after that mishap and the staff was unhelpful saying a manager would get back to me. I am now home from our trip and still no contact from anyone! "

I was on the top floor and only one of the elevators were able to take you there, so the staff had to send the other one up so the “broken” one could come and get you. "
