"We were locked out of our room until 1am and couldn’t leave or we wouldn’t have got back in. The card reader wouldn’t open the door. The maintenance person was leaving at 1am and told us one had to stay or we wouldn’t be locked out. Front desk re keyed our card 3 times before sending someone to come and check."
