This cute place is is in the quaintest little neighbourhood with a coffee/book store around the corner, a little ice cream shop up the street and the beautiful river valley path is so close by.
It is well appointed, clean and easy to navigate the city from.
Any questions I had were answered quickly and with kindness. Would stay here again
Clean, comfortable accommodations in a great neighbourhood. We stayed here for over 3 weeks and it had everything we needed. Host was very accessible.

This property was perfect. Very roomy and more than met our expectations. We were in town for a concert so was nice and close to the Commonwealth Stadium. Would definitely book this place again if we are ever back in Edmonton.
We came to Edmonton for a 2 week trip to visit with family. Plenty of beds for sleeping, we were traveling with our 2 adult children so we appreciated not needing to share a bed or having to use a sofa bed. Sterling was super as a host and made sure we had everything we needed. The home is clean and beautifully decorated and located in a very quaint neighborhood. Having the coffee shop, ice cream shop and yummy burger restaurant all within walking distance was fantastic Definitely will be returning next time we are in town. We went for walks in the river valley and my husband went cycling on all the trails too. This is an excellent location if you want to get out and explore. I can’t say anything negative except that the Oilers lost the cup but that’s not Sterlings fault all in all a fantastic place to stay.
This property is exactly what we needed. It was a nice walk to Commonwealth Stadium, and a short drive to Whyte Ave. The neighborhood is amazing, an adorable book store coffee shop and speciality liquor store steps away. We were lucky enough to meet the owner and he was so friendly and great to deal with. The home had all amenities we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the parking was excellent. Two rooms have queen beds and one room has single bunks. Definitely would recommend this property.

Not meant to be a negative review
overall, the place is quite nice and in a good area and close to major routes to get to places of interest. the host was very pleasant to deal with and responded in most instances, a very timely manner. little things like hand soap was lonly located in bathroom and was half empty, dishwasher detergent pods (1 found in bag, remainder in a plastic container I had to dig around to find) and window opener in some rooms were broken making it difficult to open and, due to the heat (over 25C) in the home @ time of arrival were certainly required, curtain rods were not secured so when you went to open the curtain, the rod would fall or almost fall to the floor etc. not huge, insurmoutable issues but when you're paying just under $1000 for 4 nights, one expects these little things to not be issue. having large fans were great for pushing the air in the hot house however 2 of them are more suited as construction fans and very, very loud but, due to the heat, very necessary to keep somewhat comfortable.
