Travelled with four couples to celebrate a 50th birthday and take in a hockey game. Accommodations far exceeded expectations, very clean, spacious and well equipped.
The Grosvenor is a large home with wonderful amenities in a walkable neighborhood. The hosts responded to our questions quickly and paid attention to the small details that made our stay enjoyable. If in Edmonton again, we will come back!
Our group of 8 adults were visiting the Edmonton area (from Florida) for a Karate seminar/testing/tournament. We really enjoyed the home to stay together and socialize after trainings and really enjoyed the kitchen for most of our meals while there. The house was very spacious and clean, and easy to communicate with the property manager when needed.
Our recent stay far exceeded our expectations. The house was well equipped for our family getaway. We were a group of female cousins that enjoyed the space, cleanliness, comforts of home and garage access. We enjoyed so much that we are hoping to book again for our next year’s getaway.
Stayed here with two families with kids and grandparents. Was a nice big place, lots of rooms. Big kitchen and table for eating were great also. Indoor garage for parking was nice. Overall, place was fantastic.Only negatives: Main room has high ceiling and everything is hardwood so sound travels everywhere easily. House could benefit from some doors added at the bottom of the stairs to keep sound travelling so much. Some toys for kids would also have been nice. But overall place was great.
We really enjoyed our stay. The house a”as advertised” and then some. It was clean and very nicely decorated. It is an ideal place to stay for larger groups. The location was good as it is close to the West Edmonton Mall, downtown and the Science Centre.

This rating would be higher if allowed. Our host was fantastic in all communication and the house was everything we could have asked for. We hope to stay again in the near future.
Place was a great home for our family reunion. Great for congregating all together and having alone times. The only thing that was frustrating was it took us 3 days to find the switch for the fireplace. We did have to rebolt a table leg, would recommend a small tool kit for renters if they need to screw things back on.

We are homeowners and have some comments …..
-drains in master bedroom are VERY slow. Better have a look and snake them.
-kitchen drain also slow
- hot water slow to reach master. We ran the tub to get it faster (but don’t know how you could fix unless you put a recirculating pump in)
-garage floor could use a pressure wash (may help the smell that migrates into the house)
Kitchen was amazingly equipped. Nice!!! Makes us think about renting again.
Products in the bathrooms greatly appreciated.
PILLOWS. Hmmm we all felt they were like an firm air mattress for your head lol. Perhaps a wider selection of pillows for your guests?
Garage access from alley..perfect.
Bathroom supplies…excellent
Master ceiling fan …we could not figure out how to operate it. Perhaps some instructions? It’s probably something simple …..lol
Proximity to WEM and downtown ..excellent
The perfect place for a large group of people to stay. Close to shopping and recreational facilities. A wonderful place for our group of seven sisters to stay for our annual “sister weekend”
