Golden Rules for Everyone’s safety
-No Smoking/Vaping allowed
-No pets are allowed
-No party, No event /Loud Noises which might disturb to the neighbors are not allowed, inside or outside the premises,
Quite time hours 10 am -7am
-Visitors are allowed but they cannot stay overnight.
- No unauthorized person are allowed other than mentioned in the booking.
- unreserved extended stays are not allowed other than reserved dates.
- Its guest responsibilities to use all the appliances and facilities with due care including closing water taps, turning off all lights and appliances used, handing over keys and garage opener.
House must be in the same condition as before you check in.

Inside home while you stay
- My humble request: **please Don't touch any Security or Door alarm systems since its alert to Police and will be dispatched immediately and fine will be charged for false alarms.
-Please do not move around any furniture or beds.**
- Please strip your beds when you leave and place the bed sheets and pillowcases on the ground.
-Please Place all the Garages in the allocated dump Bin , don't leave any garbage / carboard on the floor.
-No walking with outdoor foot wear inside the home.

Any Violation/ Damage of rules/property , guest may have charged Damage Recovery charge depends on the severity and situation.
