Cozy 2-bedroom bsmt suite w/private entrance

Clean spacious 2-bedroom suite for solo travelers or families who like a quiet place to stay for short business trips or longer visits. Each room has a queen size bed and a spacious closet. There are two futons in the spacious living room for additional sleeping. Kitchen equipped with modern appliances. Laundry and additional storage available for use. Pots for your cooking needs. Free Wi-Fi, separate entrance, TV, free street parking, and so much more will give you a memorable guest experience.

Guests have whole suite to themselves. Please note this is a basement suite with a separate entrance. Self-check in is provided.

Friendly Welcoming Accommodations

The owners were very very friendly and asked us several times if we needed anything. The basement suite was very clean, extremely well stocked, bedding and beds were perfection, kitchen appliances were extravagant. Location was great. We'd stay again.

Clean and self sufficient

Peter's place is very clean and it is well equipped with all supplies that you would need as if you are living in your own home. If you like to make your own meal while you stay there, all you need is food. Everything else is there for you to prepareca good meal. Peter was very responsive when I had questions about the supplies and how to operate the TV. I would definately recommend this to anyone needing a place to stay in Edmonton.
