Nice basement suit. Clean. Great location as we were in tournament at the Beaumont Rec Centre (short 6 min drive). FYI: This is in a new neighbourhood with front driveways making street parking limited and spaces small. There is a stretch of parking by the park down the street (about 10 houses away) if you can’t find any space closer or if you drive a truck.
