The vrbo looked great upon first inspection but upon a closer inspection everything was dirty. The sink had little food bits, the walls had grime, and the couch was truly unspeakable. I have never stayed in a property that dirty before. The hosts also stated that despite having 2 beds and a couch (which nobody would want to use) they would charge extra for additional guests. I did reach out to see if a few guests could stay over one night and they weren't going to charge me. So that was good. And the host was communicative. Honestly, I was going to leave a better rating but the last night was the nail in the coffin. The people upstairs were SO loud. I didn't get any sleep. They were stomping and dropping things and I could not fall into a deep sleep. I wanted to love this VRBO but I did not and I would not recommend staying here.

Honestly, this space had everything we needed. But we could not sleep at all the first night, due to noise from the upstairs unit. They stomped above us all night until 5am and started again at 8am. Furniture was being moved back and fourth. Chairs dragged along the floors, and boots pacing and pacing back and fourth. We did make a complaint to the hosts the next day. They were very kind and understanding to the issue. They called us and apologized and said they had spoken to the unit above. They even offered us an extended checkout the next day. We had no issue the next day. But our 1st day was so terrible, it was hard to give the rating we wanted to. Walls are very thin in this unit. I would ask in advance if the unit is rented above before renting again. We were totally exhausted for the rest of our stay. We wanted to love it! And the hosts did thier best.
