The location was fantastic and allowed us to visit everywhere we wanted to within a lovely short drive through the New Forest. "First stay at the Fleur De Lys and it didn’t disappoint. A warm, welcoming typical English pub with the added luxuries of a modern hotel making it a brilliant place to stay. The room was well equipped, spacious, cosy and quiet. Food was great, breakfast had an excellent menu choice along with some excellent options for continental. The welcome cookie -give the baker a rise - and the milk was a very welcome touch. If you need fast internet, then that maybe the only downfall. Won’t hesitate to return!"

"Barn Cottage is small but excellently equipped with quality facilities. We appreciated the Tassimo coffee machine and Dualit toaster. There is also a log burner, although we didn’t need it during our visit as the heating and hot water were more than plentiful. It is ideally suited to anyone who has mobility issues. Being all on one level, with two double bedrooms, both with ensuite wet rooms. We especially liked the personal touches of daffodils and chocolate eggs left for an Easter break. It is ideally located for visiting the New Forest and we would definitely book again if travelling down that way."

"The cottage is very warm and cosy. Everything works well - but there could have been better instructions as to how things worked ! Rather under equipped but as very new I expect they will add things as they gain experience. Very nice hosts."
