"Perfect location! Quiet and away from the crowd. But also, a short drive to all the excitements. The house was clean and very comfortable. The beds slept GREAT! This house came with everything you need plus more. The Host was extremely nice and made sure to check up on us throughout our stay. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here next time. "

"My family and I enjoyed staying at Marshpad. Great location for my grandsons to fish at the community dock. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We spent most of our time on the porch. There was always a nice breeze and we were surprised that there was not an issue with mosquitos. We will be returning. "

"This property had everything. From the views to the seating outside so you could see the ocean or the marsh and the sunrise and sunset. It just really felt like you were at home. Would recommend and hopefully it is available every year we want to come back! The host was nice and responded in a timely manner. Wish we could have stayed longer!! "
