This idyllic setting combines the untamed beauty of the low country with modern luxuries and conveniences, creating the perfect backdrop for families or groups seeking a blend of adventure and serenity.

This retreat features a private dock for guests eager to explore the waters, fish, or simply enjoy the tranquil marsh views. The expansive deck overlooking Fishing Creek serves as the heart of our property, inviting guests to relax, dine, or simply revel in the stunning natural surroundings.

Inside, the home welcomes you with three cozy bedrooms and two bathrooms, designed to accommodate guests comfortably. The master suite includes a queen bed and its own full bathroom. Bedrooms two and three each have bunkbeds and share a Jack-and-Jill style full bathroom. The living room, dining room, and kitchen flow seamlessly together, fostering an environment of togetherness and warmth. Large windows throughout bathe the interior in natural light, offering serene views of the marsh and the property's verdant landscape.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Beds: strip and wash any used linens. Place in the dryer and start load before leaving.

Clean and place all used dished. Place excess food/drink/trash in cans outside.

Lock side door from inside. Exit out front door making sure it is fully closed. Will automatically lock after 30 seconds.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
