Staff were very helpful and polite, the breakfast was very good value, the room was clean, the bathroom a bit tired but was clean and adequate for us. It was a good place to stay whilst visiting the attractions of Edinburgh.

There was dust on the tables and by the coffee maker. I also had towels with holes in them. I don't think the floor was swept during my stay.
