Missing medication and poor customer service
I stayed two nights on the 11th and 12th December this year with my daughter who was in Edinburgh for a job interview. The apartment was good and in a good location. Good amenities. But I left my prescription medication and vitamins in the kitchen area to remind me to take them in the morning, the first morning they were there the second morning when i went to get them they were gone. I reported the matter to reception who told me they would check the cameras and I am still waiting for a reply.

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable and very well equipped. The entry was rather shabby, but once inside everything was warm and welcoming. It was great value for money for an apartment so close to the centre of Edinburgh

Lovely clean apartment with friendly staff. Unfortunately it is above a nightclub that’s open until 3am and you can hear the music and feel the bass of the club reverberate throughout the building. Not conducive to a good night’s sleep. Great location apart from being above the nightclub!

The parking lot that the facilities have a discount with is quite far. The living space isn’t very spacious but we were out most of the day anyway.

Noisy but nice
Place was very nice but there’s a night club nxt door and the bass from the club had our apartment in the 2nd floor vibrating till 1am it was that loud so not good if you want to sleep and for the price bit expensive you also have to pay a £250 deposit before they let you in so was a bit of hassle
