- Located on the stunning Lime Avenue drive to Arniston House Sycamore Cottage is one of 4 charming stone cottages which housed the foresters for the estate in days gone by. Set in a sunny tranquil courtyard the cottages overlook fields to the north. The cottages also have an area of peaceful garden for visitors' use. A timeless place to relax in the country yet only 30 minutes from the center of Edinburgh with all its attractions. Arniston is an ideal base for families with pets. We are accredited with the Good to Go scheme ensuring our compliance with strict Covid-19 protocols.
