This was a well situated place to stay for our time in Edinburgh. My only issue was the pounding noise coming from the music venue nearby. It went on from around 10 until about 1:30 in the morning. The staff was very helpful in all situations.

Central location. Walk to everything. Reception is great, very helpful. The room is small. Outdoor bar downstairs is open into early AM hours. Which is amazing if you dont need sleep. If you do, ask for complementary ear plugs.

Clean, friendly hotel with excellent staff. Right in the middle of Edinburgh. Breakfast was very good. However it is the noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in - they hand out earplugs but the building reverberates until way past 2am due to the nightclub venue in the courtyard below. I know, I’m an old git these days but it spoilt an otherwise great hotel.

Air conditioning was great, staff were friendly....however had to call for toilet tissue after returning from the day out after the room was cleaned, we knew the Fringe was on but didn't realize there was techno music thumping until 3am every night and then kegs being thrown around until 330 or 4 am

Great hotel, attached to a fun bar/restaurant, The Three Sisters. My only caution is not it is not smack in the middle of the old town, but I would definitely consider heading back.

This hotel was definitely not the nicest I’ve stayed in but it had character that made up for it. It was a phenomenal location and everything we wanted to get to was very close by. They also had a great restaurant attached to the hotel that made it easy in a pinch. Highly recommend this place due to the uniqueness of the hotel and the location being so central.

Even though it is located at a pub, my room was quiet on my Monday night stay. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept very well. Shower was nice and big and provided me with a powerful hot shower. Bathroom was probably the highlight of the room. Communication from hotel prior to stay was excellent likewise. I was even given bed set up options. Happy to stay again.

The Hotel is amazing! STAY is really well located, the staff is helpfull and the room is great. Also, the bar is really cool to spend some time when you come back from visiting the city. If I'm ever blessed with coming back to Edinburgh again, I will totally stay there again!
