Ideal base for families with pets and country pursuits yet just 45 minutes to central Edinburgh. One double bedroom, one bunk bed room and either twin or double for third bedroom. Open plan kitchen and living area with wood burning stove and conservatory. A large fenced garden is loved by pet owners. Key box entry allows arrival at leisure.

Amazing cottage
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mauldslie cottage, it was perfect for our family. The cottage was outstanding, views were great & we loved being so near a farm with sheep & deer. My nephew loved the play room & the toys & games too! Great kitchen and very comfortable living space. Highly recommended!!!

Lovely place and cottage
We spent three nights at Mauldslie Farm. The original old cottage has been lovingly restored and furnished. The area is wonderfully quiet and secluded with lots of wildlife all around. We liked it very much and didn't want for anything. Edinburgh is easy to reach by train from Gorebridge. Traveling by car is recommended.

If you are looking for somewhere to recharge your batteries this is the lace to go. The cottage had everything we needed and more. Henrietta provided all the information we needed. We would definitely go back again, we were sad to leave and could have happily stayed for a few more days

Cottage au calme, situé en plein campagne et à 45 minutes du centre d'Edimbourg. Très bien équipé. Très sympa de prendre le petit-déjeuner avec des cerfs :) Hébergement à recommander !!!
