Very accessible for transport to Edinburgh and also walking distance to Leith. Helpful staff and very clean. Towels and tea replaced every day. Good breakfast included and always well stocked- well done all 👍

A great hotel for our family of 4. Breakfast included in the price, which was a great bonus! The staff were friendly, helpful and kind. Easy check in and check out, plenty of parking. Great location. On princess street within 20 minutes, using the tram. Room is small but ideal for an overnight or weekend city break. Would go back again.

Ideally situated for a 'twin Centre' stay - Leith and Edinburgh. Two minutes walk from HMY Britannia AND the Edinburgh Tram stop. Friendly staff who went above and beyond.

My stay was very welcoming, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms neat and well stocked for a weary traveller. The breakfast was served in an excellent atmosphere wherby you can have a nice meal from the array of food. Iam very happy with the transportation links to places i needed to go from the hotel. Would visit again and I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Good facilities, friendly and helpful staff, convenient location, readonably clean. However, need to spruce up bathroom - usual black mould starting to develop around shower tray. Shower actually fell off although swiftly fixed by hotel staff.

Heating unit in room not adequate for winter also noisy.Parking of £10 a night I think is a bit high . The breakfast is very good and staff very friendly and helpful .

We stayed in a room with our 2 kids ages 14 and 11. They shared a sofa bed which was a decent size but the mattress seemed quite uncomfortable - I could feel the springs through it. With the sofa bed set up the room was very cramped but was ok for a one night stay. Overall the room was very clean and the bathroom was good. Breakfast was a good standard for the price.

A great two night stay in a good size room and a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and the parking outside the door was very convenient. The only thing that let it down was the breakfast. Not enough choice and not very well cooked. Apart from that, it was a great stay

Good option to stay away from the city
Good location for catching a tram into Edinburgh city. Very clean well presented rooms, twin room is 2 full sized single beds which are very comfortable. Good brakfast and nice bar. What more can you ask.

Good stay and only a tram away from the centre!
The room was great, just had what we needed for a couple nights stay. Unlimited teas and coffees and the bathroom and shower were fine. Breakfast was included offering cooked and cold items. Only thing I would suggest is maybe hams and cheeses to be offered? The location of the hotel was fine, not smack in the centre so it was nice and quiet. Then there was a shopping centre, restaurants and cinema over the road, as well as the Royal Britannia. We only had to jump on the tram for 30 minutes and then we were in the city centre. Ideal stay and location!

The staff at this hotel are just so lovely and took great care of us during our stay. We recommend getting to breakfast early as the food is great, but runs out quickly. Our room was tiny for the rate, but we also brought out pups and weren’t charged a pet fee.
