"We had a family suite, which was excellent. A really lovely space. The breakfast was yummy had a good variety of choice. We chose this hotel for our kids to use the pool. It is a very small pool and you need to book in advance, which we didn’t know about. Fortunately a staff member did an excellent job of getting us in for a short session. Overall, an excellent stay and I would recommend this hotel. "

"No signal so you cant get wifi, basic room but super clean, but it would be good to have a shower matt/towel. Dont leave anything in the room as we left a top in there and nobody gets back to you or helps when you call or email"

"The smallest hotel rooms I have ever seen; the room width is the length of the bed plus one foot. They give you a folding chair to seat, if you find the space to spread it"

"It was very convenient for us who had a 12 hour layover in LHR. It took us about 30 minutes to get to the hotel since we had to grab a train and then walk a walkway for about 10 minutes. Next day we got a warm breakfast and went to our gate. We had to pass the security check points again and walk thru long corridors to reach our gate. It was not that crowded so it took us about 30 minutes to get to hour gate. Staying at this hotel was a blessing."
