We had a plugged up shower drain and tv issues but they corrected the issue with no problems and super efficient. We got a chance to sit on the patio and listen to the concert at Harvey’s outdoor concert and it was great. "

"We stayed at the Gondola Lodge for our first stay in Lake Tahoe in late August and couldn’t have had a better experience. The room was clean and comfortable, bathroom appeared recently updated. There was a pull-out couch, but if using both beds the room would be very tight. We also used the outdoor amenities and enjoyed! Quick walk down to the beach, and even quicker walk to Heavenly Village shops and restaurants. Would recommend. "

There is some wear and tear in the property, which is to be expected for a lower end hotel, but was clean and comfortable and big enough for our family of 5."
