"Very private location at the end of a dead end. I wiped out the fridge and sink because it was alittle dirty. There was dirt on the bottom bunk from whoever made the bed stepped there so we just dusted it off. We just needed a place to sleep before riding the ohv trails the next morning, so it was perfect for that. We couldnt figure out how to keep both ACs on but that was fine as well. "Very nice waterfront residence. While the description of the rental indicates there are three bathrooms. it would be better if all three bathrooms had showers available. The 3rd floor bathroom has only a bathtub and no curtains for privacy. The second floor screen porch might not be safe for kids @ 2 years old. There are no ballusters installed, so the only thing between a toddler and an potential 8-10 foot fall, is the installed screen."
