Mantra Esplanade"Location was excellent and the staff were helpful and friendly. The property itself needs upgrading. For the price of a 4 star hotel it didn't deliver. I stayed 5 nights to only be told on arrival that there would be no room service and you have to discard your own rubbish. The spa wasn't working and the pool had to be closed for 2 days. The carpet smells mouldy, especially in the hallways. My room didn't meet my expectations, with outdated furnishings and the shower inside the bath tub....
