"We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay—the lobby is welcoming and the room was inviting and well appointed. We had difficulty with the open key app but the staff was responsive and it got sorted after a delay (in the rain). Everything went smoothly after getting in although as senior citizens we missed having a human being at the front desk. Overall, an excellent experience. We particularly liked the bedding—the perfect weight for us and it felt very luxurious."
