"It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood with a good location. The place was clean-ish, but could be more clean. There were no exhaust fans in the bathrooms, which made for a damp smell and a humid area to get ready for the day. Barely any extra amenities like linens, pillows, towels, washcloths, or toilet paper. There is a washer and drier but no laundry soap to use. An ok place to stay in a pinch, but not my first choice."

"The property was filthy! The carpets were stained there was foreclosure as well as abandoned/vacant property tag the washer had stagnant water in it where there was an awful Oder when try to crime on water went everywhere. Trash all outside the house and under carport. Lawn had not been maintained could not go outside in backyards room had trash from previous tenants also showers backed up when contacting the host response either was delayed or issue never addressed once we told them about...
