"Avoid!!! I arrived at about 5:30 at night, had a booking confirmed for over a week and NOBODY WAS THERE! Rang the bell, messaged and tried to call several times - no reply! People from the shops below were even trying to help me contact them. Finally Expedia customer service helped find me another place to stay, which was thankfully nearby, nicer and less expensive. "For starters, they cancelled one of my two reservations for no reason. They couldn’t give me an appropriate response, and my suspicion is that they did it on purpose to give my room to someone else. Additionally, the website says they offer parking and breakfast included which was rejected once I asked about it. The service was terrible and they did not made me feel comfortable nor welcomed.
