"It's the only hotel normally available on Expedia in Eberswalde. It's clean, the rooms are good, there is no reception but we are immediately informed about that. In my several stays lasting more than 2 days, the problem was that the rooms are NEVER made up during the stay. At the point that twice I had to go to the local Rossman to buy soap and toilet paper. The property is beautifully kept to high standards in the most beautiful wooded location. "The room was warm and clean, bed comfortable, big enough but no wardrobe and the metal structures are soon exposed and make one feel tired. Staff are very friendly. No kettle in the room and for those who would want to be served breakfast not available just little snacks, it near to the shopping centre so you're not cut of from the world."
