"The woman at the front desk was absolutely wonderful and the hotel was very clean "

"It's the only hotel normally available on Expedia in Eberswalde. It's clean, the rooms are good, there is no reception but we are immediately informed about that. In my several stays lasting more than 2 days, the problem was that the rooms are NEVER made up during the stay. At the point that twice I had to go to the local Rossman to buy soap and toilet paper. During my last stay, I had even put their new fancy "Time to refresh" mark over the handle door, it was 8am, someone was cleaning up the neighboring room... but when I was back around 5pm, the room had not been visited. Since there is no reception, I tried to go to the bar/breakfast room downstairs, but it was locked... Rossman saved me again, but that's not the way it should be!"

"There was no one at the reception desk (once I found it) when I got there, but showed up very quickly. Spoke a little English and was polite but not overly friendly. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around but the would guess not the greatest area. Comfortable beds and relatively clean. "

"Stayed 4 nights, did only clean room once. No spare toilet paper in the room. Had to find spare once in the common bathroom downstairs after hours. Room right above a lounge/cafe with a birthday on Saturday night. Loud music all night, impossible to sleep and no service onsite"

"It is a charming apartment, nice, clean, tidy with easy access to groceries, restaurants & tram. The yard & laundry are shared. The only draw back for us was the access to the bed...its a bit awkward.The property owners were very friendly & helpful. Thank you very much!"
