Most things remain the same - lots of opportunities for new owners to improve, from a fairly average spa with only a few jets working for 3 minutes at a time, to noisy rooms with average aircon. Breakfast very overpriced and omelettes especially poor."

"The hotel is quiet, super comfy beds and clean. The rooms are small and the bathrooms are a bit dated, but that didn't matter as much, as it was the cleanest hotel I've been at in a while. It's also walking distance to shops, cafes and the Beehive."

"We had a lovely ocean view from our room we were very happy with the room very budget friendly, shower was perfect pressure and hot water felt very comfortable staying here lovely staff and lovely experience "

"Clean and tidy and great value for money but was placed behind the lifts so a bit noisy. There was also second hand smoke wafting from somewhere into my room so I’m guessing someone was hanging out their window…. Not ideal!"
