Very helpful & friendly staff. Good location for bringing a dog with grassy & wooded area behind the hotel. Hotel itself is dated but price was budget friendly, would definitely stay here again when in the Menominee area.

The staff was outstanding they were there to help us with everything we needed and very accommodating letting us check in early. My wife is always cold so they brought us extra blankets. Our only complaints were the floor in our room needed a vacuum very badly and the fitted sheet had 3 black stains on them, which my wife said it looked like washed makeup stains, but that was a very big icky for my wife who ended up sleeping on the chair which she said was comfy. In addition to that the bathroom fan was so extra loud and we could not turn it off due to a knob being broke, but we just kept the door shut. Overall the property it's self is aged and needs some landscaping but over all nice. We also felt safe and the hotel was in a perfect location, we just wished housing keeping had done better with the cleaning of our room.

The room we stayed in was comfortable and large. The staff member who checked us in was friendly and tried to be accommodating. She struggled checking us in. We wondered if the bed had been made up properly and hoped it wasn’t used before us. The facility was a bit dingy and seemed outdated and furnishings worn. We noticed that back entrance door didn’t close easily and had been open all night when we left. It made us wonder abut security. The breakfast was skimpy and coffee was empty. We stayed two nights and requested room service which we never received. The room had an unpleasant smell about it.
