Spend fun-filled days exploring Oconee National Forest or boating on Lake Oconee. Or head to the historic attractions, shops, museums, and restaurants of downtown Eatonton - a short drive away.

After your adventures, return home to relax on the shared patio and enjoy the fairway views. Grill out and dine alfresco under the shade of the large umbrella. A wood-burning firepit adds an extra layer of coziness on crisp nights.

A tastefully furnished interior offers plenty of space for a solo or couple’s retreat. A living area has a TV and a wide array of board games, while the sunroom provides another TV and direct patio access. The well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances, as well as handy gadgets like a drip coffee maker and blender. A jetted tub in the full bathroom adds a touch of luxury, in addition to the shower.

The patio, grill, and firepit are shared with the adjacent condo which may be occupied during your stay.
Community amenities (pool, golf course, restaurant, etc.) are only available to members of Cuscowilla on Lake Oconee. They will not be available to Vacasa guests.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
