"Everyone should at least stay at these old world places at least once. We did not get a chance to use the Tap Room or any of the amenities at the hotel since it was Mother's day but once everyone went home, we got a chance to sit in the lobby and take in the grandness of it all. We stayed in 628 and the bathroom was run downed with a cracked sink, peeling paint, and a cracked seat in the shower. The room was better and well appointed. I was wondering if you get this type of room when you use a third party reservation place like Hotels.com."

"Breakfast was great. Shower was excellent. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom had a motion light which was great. "

"The pool was not operating. This has been the case at almost every IHG hotel we have stayed at in the last month. An electric kettle would be better than a coffee maker for those who like tea. The breakfast was nice (hot and cold)!"

"Parking was great. Bad smell in the elevator that clings to clothes. Rooms are tiny. It’s dated but for a short trip fine"
