"Great location but very ran down. Rooms were decent but there was mildew on the ceiling and around tub in the bathroom area. No maintenance was onsite and room phone was unable to connect to the front desk to request services. But the staff was helpful and accommodating "

"The house was so comfortable and clean with plenty of room for my family, my sister’s family and our parents. We loved the quiet safe neighborhood. Our dogs loved running around in the big backyard. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay there again! "

"I had high hopes for this property. When we arrived box of trash by door and they picked it up the next day. Floors and carpet nasty had to clean upon arrival. No silverware in home and then was accused of stealing it. The home states it is dog friendly but no fence around yard. Cool looking house but won’t stay again. Very disappointed with reaction and cleanliness of home. Host was nice and responsive but did not listen when I told him state house was in and did not give me any money back due to all the inconvenience. Very offended I was accused of stealing silverware, if he had reliable cleaning staff he would’ve know that it wasn’t there on arrival, also if he got complaints about the homes state he should’ve came or FaceTimed to see. "

"We had a wonderful stay. The house is located at a wonderful location on the river. The home was clean, stocked with everything you can think of, clean and comfortable. There was something for everyone to do, especially since we were a large group. The river was great and well stocked with kayaks, sups and outdoor activities. Jenny was super responsive and it made the stay comfortable and pleasing."

"This is a fantastic home in a very quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for us and would be great for a family as well. The house has several areas to relax and enjoy the amazing backyard. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms and the bedrooms were quite comfortable. The location is close to town but feels secluded. We hope to come back soon."

"Pet friendly inside for my 20# dog. Outside was kinda dirty uneven. Patio furniture dirty and broken, grills dirty rusty. Inside is really decorated cool. Yes, it is clean inside. The bed sizes were not as stated in Vrbo description! Was uncomfortable since it was 6 older adults staying there, and I was assured there were 2 queen beds as well as a king. But one room has twin trundle bed only!!! No compensation from Vrbo so far. "

"We stayed over the 4th with a group of 12 (8 adults and 4 children) and had a blast! The guys fished every morning and they caught something each day! We kayaked, played in the river, enjoyed the firepit, and explored downtown Seguin and the Riverwalk. The kids also enjoyed the amusement park close-by. The house feels secluded yet close to shopping. The house was stocked and had tons of toys, bikes, puzzles, and river gear to use. I appreciate how attentive and kind the homeowner was as well. We made some wonderful memories:) "
