Driftwood Cottage Number 4 "The Lobster"

The Lobster. Pet Friendly. One of 4 standalone cottages each with such unique Cape Cod Charm. Sitting on 1.28 acres this property includes a private association path to stairs that lead to beautiful Cape Cod Bay at Thumpertown Beach! All in excellent condition with many recent upgrades that include electrical and HVAC systems. Perfect for larger families to be rented as a group or where this property offers great privacy can be rented individually. Each cottage has its own outdoor shower oasis as well as fresh paint and updated furniture. All cottages have 1 bathroom, plus each has own outdoor shower. Cottage 4 is the biggest of all the cottages with 3 bedrooms with 1 queen and 4 twin beds and a free-flowing layout to host some great lobster dinners! Please note that Cottage 4 currently only has a washing machine. Dryer will be added for 2026.
Close to Wiley Park Pond, which is known for their infamous docks that kids love to jump off. Plus, it encompasses a playground and trails. Bike trail is a little over a mile which is a must here on the Cape. Take advantage of this spectacular property and create that dream family reunion you have been talking about!
