"This is an amazing hotel. It’s massive. We had a huge room with a view of the farms and fjords from 3 vantage points and the biggest shower in Norway. The staff was great. The only negative was the restaurant. The food was pricey but not great."

"An amazing place with a fascinating history and incredibly beautiful surroundings.
The staff were mixed - some excellent, some medium.
The restaurant is an beautiful environment with views of the forest on 3 sides. The food there is fine but extraordinarily expensive, e.g. $60 for an open face sandwich."

"Excellent hotel. Room space was good but plug sockets could be positioned better and updated with USB ports. It would be useful to have better bathroom shelving and a useable plug in the hand basin. Breakfast was very good with everything you need to start your day. The evening meal in the restaurant was good but the service was a little slow."
