Lovely Hotel

It's a great place to relax, with a beautiful view. The SPA is nice, and breakfast is lovely as well. Overall, it's an excellent place to recuperate and enjoy.

A nice comfortable hotel

The hotel was a comfortable and pleasant stop. The room was comfortable and large with space to relax. The only issue was that the room was too hot even with the single window open. Check in was fast and easy There were chargers available for our car. The restaurant food was good but a little pricey

Pleasant stay

Stayed for four nights to attend a conference there. The room I stayed in was large, clean, and comfortable. There was a variety of breakfast dishes. The conference room was also lovely, with comfortable seats and sound audio systems.

Roros itself is a strange but nice little town. A World Heritage site but not for ‘prettiness’! The hotel is located on the outskirts but is an easy 15min walk into the centre. There appeared to be a modern wing - the hotel is pretty big (although only 2 or 3 stories) and sprawling - we were in an old wing so the room (for me, my wife and 15yr old son) was tired and a tad old fashioned. The bathroom likewise was old and basic. But nonetheless it was all clean. The breakfast buffet was v good with lots of fresh hot food and continental etc. and the pool, sauna and hot tubs, once you found them, were great. Plenty of parking on site. Overall, I’d stay again but hopefully they’ll renovate the old wing we were on soon.

Well located in a quiet area with lovely views of the church and surrounding countryside. Great indoor and outdoor pools and whirlpools and sauna. Excellent breakfast buffet and bar meals Must try is the Roros take on gin and tonic!🙂 Have stayed twice, once in standard room and once in upgraded extension rooms. These are well worth the small extra charge. Highly recommended.

Einmal und nie wieder. Nicht zu empfehlen!

Beim Ankommen beim Hotel musste zuerst eine Parkplatz gesucht werden, da es anscheinend einen grossen Firmenanlass gegeben hat. Beim Check-In begrüsste uns ein junger motivationsloser Mann, der sehr schlecht English konnte und uns sehr schlecht informierte. Danach forderte er uns auf das Hotelzimmer zu bezahlen. Im Zimmer angekommen mussten wir das Schlafsofa selbst aufbauen und anziehen für unsere Tochter, welche auf der Reservierung ganz klar drauf war. Das soll ein 4 Sterne Hotel sein? Ebenfalls haben wie festgestellt, das uns das Zimmer doppelt verrechnet wurde. Ab zur Rezeption und reklamiert. Da der junger Mann und seine Kollegin nicht weiter wussten, mussten wir auf den nächsten Morgen auf den Supervisor warten. Zu guter letzt war das Frühstück nicht besonders gut, alte Brötchen und Croissant vom Vortag. Jetzt noch der krönende Abschluss, wir musste nochmals an die Rezeption und nach langem diskutieren, wird der falsch verrechneter Betrag wieder gutgeschrieben. Kurz gesagt nein nicht nochmals!!

Romslige rom. Mye støy da vi var der, pga biltreff med parkering rett utenfor rommet. Stor relax-avdeling med basseng, sauna og boblebad. Flott frokostbuffet! Koselig lobbyområde med bar og matservering. Litt usentral beliggenhet - ikke gangavstand til sentrum.

Helt ok hotell, grei frokost. Men middagsbuffet var skuffende og dyr. Har vært på dette hotellet for mange år siden, da var det mer lokale og gode råvarer. Deilig basseng og boblebad ute.

Ble møtt av ei blid og serviceminded jente i resepsjonen, innsjekk gikk smertefritt og da jeg sa jeg måtte dra før frokost åpnet kl 07.00 dagen etter så tilbydde hun matpakke og den lå klar kl 05.45 da jeg forlot hotellet. Også veldig pluss for ny tv som jeg kunne logge på min netflix via QR kode. Anbefales!

Fint gammelt hotell, greie rom ,lite bad. Mange fine turmuligheter rett utenfor døra. Restauranten hadde god frokost, men kun ett middag alternativ. Kjøpte middag en dag, men kjøttet var veldig seigt og kunne ikke tygges. Fikk en liten dessert som plaster på såret. Dyrt nok for poteter og saus. Spiste ellers middag i sentrum
