"Obviously uses AI photos, hotel looked nothing like photos shared online during booking. Wallpaper in room was peeling off with black mold underneath, stains on walls, doors and floors. Cleanliness was unacceptable & will definitely not be staying there EVER!!!!!!!"

I called the hotel main office and told them what was going on. When the guy did show up he was a little rude about it. He said he left a message on the desk and there wasn't a Note. My husband said to cancel the room and we just drove rest of the way home. After driving for 12 hours you don't need to put up with rude people. He said that he would cancel the room and refund our money. They main office said they would refund our money because of having to wait so long for someone to get to the desk."
